Campsite Reservation Rules
2008
Since so many people enjoy the convenience of our reservation system, we will continue to make reservations in advance for your vacation and weekend camping at Wildwood By The Lake.
We would like to take this opportunity to refresh your memory concerning reservations. For many of you, this information is old news, since it is the same as it has been for several years but for all our new campers, it is beneficial they know ahead of time. We have a few old policies which are now going to put back into action.
1.
All reservations are held only when secured with a cash,
MasterCard, Visa, Interact or by cheque deposits.
2.
All deposits for reservations must be received at Wildwood Park within 7 (seven) days of the date the reservation is made. Reservations not secured by deposit will automatically be cancelled after 7 (seven) days.
3.
ALL HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS will require a 2 day deposit.
4.
Deposit refunds, less a $5.00 administrative fee will be made if cancellation
is received (7) seven days in advance of arrival date.
5.
Late CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS are subject to full loss of deposit.
6.
Gate passes, Hydro adaptors, and washroom keys are also
available with a deposit and deposit will be returned
when said items are returned.

/$2. FAILURE TO RETURN THESE ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO NO REFUND.
