Campground Information and Rules
Anyone caught speeding will be restricted to the front parking lot.
Wildwood reserves the right to restrict / deny access to anyone not following park rules.
The park rules listed below are applicable to all lot owners/renters and visitors.
1. Camping fee must be fully paid in advance before obtaining gate pass.
2. For your safety, the riding of scooters, mini-bikes, ATV's and motorcycles are strictly prohibited at all times.
3. All pets must be kept on your lot or on a leash at all times and their droppings picked up and placed in the garbage. No pets allowed in children's play areas.
4. Do not deface building or equipment on campgrounds.
5. Garbage must be taken to a dumpster and grass cuttings to be taken to the the front dumpster. There are 2 dumpster locations, Do not litter.
6. PARENTS are RESPONSIBLE for the actions, safety and supervision of their children.
7. All visitors MUST PARK in the VISITORS' PARKING AREA located in the front parking lot adjacent to the office.
8. No parking is allowed on roadways, lawns, or playground areas. Parking is allowed in driveways ONLY.
9. No sheds, building, additions, permitted on lots unless cleared through the office. Only one camping trailer and one tent per lot.
10. No boats, canoes, or utility trailers allowed on lots, roads, or parking lot. Boats and utility trailers must be parked in campground provided facilities.
11. Washing of trailers, cars, or watering lawns should be avoided during peak demands such as weekends.
12. No excessive noise after 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and after 1:00 a.m. on weekends. No excessive noise before 9:00 a.m. Sunday, 8:00 a.m. on other days.
13.Campfires are permitted on each lot in campfire pits. Fires must be attended at all times and EXTINGUISHED before leaving.
14. All outside equipment and fridges, including firewood, must be kept in a suitable storage shed.
15. The SPEED LIMIT of no more than 10km/hr. within the park will be strictly enforced.
16. All lots to be kept neat and orderly at all times, including the grass being cut regularly.
17. Only folding or collapsing clothes lines are permitted.
18. NO LOUD OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE ALLOWED.
19. Please respect the property of others by NOT CUTTING THROUGH LOTS.
20. The gate is not a play area for pedestrians, or cyclists. Please stay away to avoid injury.
21. No bikes in walkways, and ONLY bikes equipped with lights are to be used after dark. Obey speed limit also.
22. CURFEW - all persons 17 years and and younger must be on their own campsite by 11:00 p.m. daily unless accompanied by an adult, parent or guardian.
23. Pool tags must be used by children age 7 - 17 years for use of pool facilities.
24. Golf Cart use must conform to the standards/rules set by the Association.
25. No open containers of alcoholic beverages while operating any motorized vehicle in the park (golf carts included).
